Using DelDebt infographics: CC BY 4.0 license

You can use DelDebt infographics in articles, posts, slides and course materials, commercial ones included — free and without asking. The one condition: credit DelDebt and link to the page the image came from. That is the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0).

What is covered

The infographics in our guides — diagrams marked “Infographic” with deldebt.com at the bottom; each has a “Download PNG” link. You may copy, publish, crop, translate the labels and build them into your own work. If you changed something, say so (“diagram adapted”).

How to credit

Under or next to the image, add a line like:

Source: DelDebt, https://deldebt.com/blog/which-debt-to-pay-off-first

Link to the guide the image is from, not just the home page. Where you can, also link to the license. On a web page that could be:

<figure>
  <img src="https://deldebt.com/infographics/debt-snowball-vs-avalanche.png" alt="Debt snowball vs. debt avalanche">
  <figcaption>Source: <a href="https://deldebt.com/blog/which-debt-to-pay-off-first">DelDebt</a>, licensed under <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/">CC BY 4.0</a></figcaption>
</figure>

In video, print or posts without links, “Source: DelDebt” and the site address are enough. Keep deldebt.com on the image — it is part of the credit.

Where the numbers come from

The examples are for learning: the debts and rates are illustrative, and the months and interest are calculated by the same calculator as in the guide and the app (interest at APR/12 a month). It is a calculation, not financial advice: check your own loan terms and run your own numbers.

What is not covered

  • the DelDebt name, logo and app icon on their own — crediting us does not mean we endorse your work;
  • the text of our guides and pages, the app and its code;
  • third-party material — quotes and other people’s images, where they appear on the site.
